Circles, polygons, ratios, symmetries and constructions can be studied mathematically. The golden ratio is a specific irrational number; Platonic solids are well-defined convex regular polyhedra. Those are mathematical facts.
What becomes interpretive
Claims that a shape embodies consciousness, cosmic law or spiritual energy move into philosophy or metaphysics. Such interpretations may be historically important within traditions without being experimentally established properties of the geometry itself.
